Join us: Enterprise Coordinator (Redbridge)

Our successful East London Careers Hub has over 200 secondary schools including special schools, PRUS and colleges, and over 170 employers supporting careers provision.  We are recruiting a new Enterprise Coordinator to continue supporting  Careers Leaders in schools and colleges across Redbridge and beyond to enhance careers programmes and inspire young people to see the opportunities now and in the future.

Coverage Area 1 x Redbridge

We are looking for a self-starter who has experience of working in or with schools and colleges and is passionate about supporting Careers Leaders to improve their careers programmes for young people, while also linking careers provision to employers and future careers. This rewarding and varied role will enable you to work collaboratively with Senior Leaders in Schools and Colleges, and with business volunteers as part of a Careers Hub team, partly funded by the Mayor of London and the Careers and Enterprise Company.

You will need excellent people skills and the ability to manage your own caseload and projects. This role is a unique opportunity that offers great professional development and ongoing training that will enable you to enhance your skills, knowledge, and networks.

We operate a hybrid working model, with a combination of in person and virtual meetings. You will be expected to travel when needed across our 9 Boroughs.

Redbridge Council is the accountable body for Local London, and Local London’s Careers Hub East staff are employed on Redbridge Council terms and conditions.
