Join us: Operational Careers Hub Lead

If you’re passionate about careers education for young people, come and join us!

We are looking for someone who is passionate about enabling young people to make their best next step.  If you are experienced in working in the field of Careers Education and IAG (information, advice and guidance), engaging with employers, as well managing a team working in schools and or colleges, then this could be the right job for you!

Local London Careers Hub enables schools and colleges to receive professional guidance in how to develop their careers programme, peer to peer support and learning in what works, access to funding and coordinated activity.  Careers hubs are incubators for innovation, taking our national mantra of test, learn and adapt and applying that locally.

Our Hub has 206 schools, colleges, SEND establishments and PRU members and over 170 employer volunteers. Careers Hub East operates across nine boroughs in the Local London partnership: Enfield, Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Newham, Barking & Dagenham, Havering, Greenwich, Bexley, and Bromley.

We are looking for an Operational Hub Lead with experience of managing a multi-discipline field-based team working with multiple stakeholders, including school and college leaders, to drive performance and achieve ambitious targets. The Operational Lead will manage and develop a high performing team of enterprise coordinators to deliver the outcomes in our Careers Hub Strategic Plan.
