Join us: Employer Engagement Officer (LSIP)

We’re looking for a brilliant Employer Engagement Officer to join our team and engage employers around our Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP).

You will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) within the Local London sub-region. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, particularly local employers and training providers, to develop and recommend initiatives that enhance skill development and foster a sustainable and progressive community.

We are looking for a confident individual, capable of creating relationships with local employers, employer representative groups and engaging with our community of education and training providers. You will have excellent organisational skills as well.

Local London is a partnership of 9 London boroughs in the north east and south east of the capital. We’re a champion for the fastest growing part of the capital to ensure it benefits from current and emerging opportunities.

Local London staff are employed on Redbridge Council terms and conditions. You may need to be required to work flexibly, including working from home and travelling to meetings and events across the Local London sub-region as required by the demands of the workload.
