Skills and Employment Overview 2022-25

The Local London Skills and Employment Overview 2022-25 considers how we can contribute to the future of skills and employment in our sub-region as the landscape of skills planning changes with the introduction of Local Skills Reports; the Skills and Post-16 Education Act that became Law in April 2022; the statutory roll-out of Local Skills Improvement Partnerships across the country and in London, and their development of employer-led Local Skills Plans.

The Skills and Employment Overview sets out the sub-region’s:

• Objectives and priorities.
• Skills strengths, challenges and needs.
• Forward view.

The Skills and Employment Overview should be read in conjunction with the Technical Annexe, which contains supporting detailed data and indicators.
