Employer Engagement Enterprise Coordinator

Local London Careers Hub is expanding! If you’re passionate about careers education for young people, come and join us!

Our Careers Hub has a rewarding role that will be dedicated to working with local and national employers.  We are looking for a person who is passionate about engaging business volunteers to build sustainable and strong working relationships within education, with the principle aim of inspiring young people to see the breadth of career opportunities in their local area.  You will work with employers across our nine member local authorities (Enfield, Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Newham, Barking & Dagenham, Havering, Greenwich, Bexley and Bromley).

You will need excellent people skills and the ability to manage your own caseload and projects. This role is a unique opportunity that offers great professional development and ongoing training that will enable you to enhance your skills, knowledge, and networks.

We operate a hybrid working model, with a combination of meetings and virtual meetings with Employers, Enterprise Coordinators and on occasions Careers Leaders in schools; delivering training for Careers Leaders and employer volunteers; attending team meetings at our Redbridge offices; attending regional CPD meetings and working from home.

This role is part-funded by the European Social Fund and is subject to funding.

Redbridge Council is the accountable body for Local London and Local London staff are employed on Redbridge Council terms and conditions.
